The 2016 Greater Sydney 10 has organised training groups to get you on track!

The 2016 Greater Sydney 10 will be supported by three training groups. This is your chance to receive some guidance as you prepare for the either the 10k or 5k events.

The training groups are open to everyone, you don’t have to be an experienced runner and you don’t need to be registered. We do welcome motivated people that hope to make the Sydney:10 a focus event this autumn. Below is some information about the Woodstock Runners training sessions due to start on Monday 14th March.

Join the Woodstock Runners in Sydney’s Inner West (Mondays and Thursdays)


Time: 6.15pm for a 6.30 start
Dates: Mondays 14th March 2nd May | Thursdays 10th March 5th May
Monday: King George Park, Manning Street, Rozelle (note, this will change to Glover Street Sports Ground, Glover Street, Lilyfield from April 4)
Thursday: Campbell Oval, Canterbury Park, Ashbury (entry via Andrews Ave)
Cost: $30 per participant for all 8 weeks (up to 16 sessions)
Ability Level: The Woodstock Runners welcome runners of all ages and abilities. There will be coaches on hand to deliver the sessions and introduce you to other runners. Woodstock are a friendly club with a focus on participation rather than performance.
